Site clearance
Preliminary site clearance started with the tennis court at the back broken up, stone structures in the middle and on the right removed and with levelling started in preparation for the piling mat.

Sewer connection
Sewer connection completed on 12 Aug. The two new connections have been made. Existing gully connection has been broken out as it was bedded into the existing concrete haunching. This will be replaced.
