Komatsu PC228 , nicknamed Betty, 25 ton excavator arrived today. This should speed up the digging!
Piling completed
Forming the retaining boundary wall and basement, over 70 reinforced concrete piles, 10 metres deep with king post steels inserted 3 metres apart. All completed ahead of schedule.
